Little Rainbow Reads will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of our products. However, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors that are beyond our control.

Standard Shipping Rates and Destinations

We ship domestic and international orders with Australia Post using standard shipping. We offer flat rate shipping depending on your destination. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

We offer the following flat rates for these destinations only:

Australia wide - $9.95

New Zealand - $12.00

United States - $18.00

Canada - $18.00

United Kingdom - $22.00

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders will not be shipped until the time specified.

Delivery Times

Orders will be packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times will vary based on the destination. We use Australia Post to send your items with standard shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

The following timeframes are a guide from Australia Post:

Australia wide - Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 5-8 business days, depending on where you are located in Australia.

International - Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 10-16 business days. Regional and rural locations may take longer.

Little Rainbow Reads is not responsible for any delays during shipping as delivery times with Australia Post are out of our control.

Lost or Damaged Products

If your order is lost in transit or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at littlerainbowreads@gmail.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Little Rainbow Reads is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping, but we will do our best to help rectify the situation.
